Space Description and Pricing:
In the STUDIO THEATER area, across the hall from AGO headquarters:
Each 10 x 10 booth includes:

One 8' high backdrop and 3' high side arms

One 8' draped table, 2 chairs and waste can

One 110 V electric outlet

One exhibitor sign displaying name and booth
number
In the LARGE SOUNDPROOFED ROOMS (4 available), around the corner and
down the hall from Studio Theater:
3 rooms are two-storied, 30' x 25', with variable acoustics. 1 room is two-storied, 20' x 15', with variable acoustics.
Signage will be provided on tripod easels in the hallway just outside
the rooms

Additional tables can be ordered on the application. Some additional features and capabilities may be made available by
RiverCenter, Inc. Please email to inquire about availability for special
requests.
Exhibit Security: Both RiverCenter and Columbus State University
security officers are onsite and on duty 24 hours a day. They will
secure the exhibit areas during non-open hours.

This contract is made with the following provisions:

Should the exhibitor fail to use the allotted space, no
refund will be made unless the exhibitor presents
a legitimate reason in writing no later than May 13
and the Columbus AGO grants approval.

The exhibitor, as part of the consideration of this
contract, waives any claim of damages or liability arising on account of the acts or omission of the
convention host, AGO.

The exhibitor will keep sound at a reasonable level in
consideration for other exhibitors and the AGO
members who are attending the convention.

Each Exhibitor will receive two (2) complimentary
Convention registrations.

Exhibitor agrees to be "open for business" during the
times scheduled by the AGO unless otherwise agreed
upon by the Columbus Chapter AGO. Early closings
are strongly discouraged.
