AGO Region IV Convention

Information for Advertisers

We invite you to join us in celebrating the 2005 Region IV Convention of the American Guild of Organists by placing an ad in our Gala Program Book.

The bound Program Book will be 8 ½ x 11, with color process outside covers. All other faces, including the inside covers, will be black and white.

This gala, attractive and sturdy Program Book will be distributed to all Convention registrants, performers, managers and workshop presenters. These persons are professional organists and choir directors and others who are particularly interested in the field of music. Your ad will reach a wide audience for an extended period of time, as participants traditionally keep their Program Book for years, as a reference for vendors.

CONTRACT AND COPY REGULATIONS

Publishers (Columbus Chapter AGO and Columbus State University Foundation/Jordan Organ Endowment, the executive committees, convention committees, university administrators and printers) reserve the right to decline any advertisement that does not meet with their approval. Improper or exaggerated copy will not be accepted, and acceptance does not imply endorsement. Publishers reserve the right to box or entitle ads that, in their opinions, bear confusing resemblance to editorial matter. All ads are non-commissionable and there are no cash discounts.

Advertiser and/or agency assumes liability for all content of ads and also assumes responsibility for any claims thereof made against Publishers and agrees to indemnify Publishers against any expense and loss suffered by reason of such claims.
